All products sold on DigiVault Plus are digital products. Because digital files are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • If you were charged twice for the same product
  • If you did not receive the product due to a technical issue
